How to use ?
- Soak a cotton pad with Sébium H2O Micellar Water.
- Cleanse and remove makeup from face and eyes.
- Repeat Continue to soak cotton pad and cleanse skin until pad is perfectly clean.
- Dry Gently pat skin until dry. No rinsing required!
